- The armed forces command structure should be simplified and made more effective (e.g. less "high" commands, one instead of four?)
- The need to avoid duplicate functions (e.g. military health system, pensions)
All in all, he also wants a meaner and leaner military.
He asks that the armed forces also accept sacrifices like the rest of population.
If I ever see actual results, then I will applaud the prime minister. On the other hand seeing the problem is the first step.

ReplyDeleteQuanto ao texto, creio que não nos devemos iludir muito com as visões do governo, pois eles vêem muito mas fazem pouco. Ainda aguardamos os cortes nas gorduras que eles prometem desde sempre.
Por falar em promessas aconselho-o vivamente a ver este video muito cómico e esclarecedor.
Humor também faz falta.. .mesmo quando se trata de humor negro ;)

Thank you for the link to video. A lot of of very different promises. Though funny - it leaves me even more worried.
O video mostra claramente que ele, Passos Coelho, não queria tomar as medidas que tomou pois achava-as injustas para o povo e perigosas para o país ... no entanto e com consciência disso colocou-as em prática!!
